Terms of use
FishGrade is a free tool for finding Minnesota fishing lakes. These are the plain-language terms for using it.

Using FishGrade
FishGrade is provided as a free hobby product, as-is. You may browse lakes without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account.
Where the data comes from
Lake information is built from Minnesota DNR survey data. The quality scores are computed by FishGrade from that data, and are not produced or endorsed by the DNR. Fishing regulations shown here are a convenience; always check the official DNR rules before you fish.
No guarantees
A quality score is a read on past survey data, not a promise about any given day on the water. Weather, season, and skill still decide how the fishing goes. Surveys can be several years old, and data can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment, and follow all posted rules, access restrictions, and safety guidance. We provide FishGrade without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
Acceptable use
Please use FishGradefor personal, lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the site, access other people’s accounts or private data, or submit content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend or remove an account that abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
Your data
What we store and how to delete it is covered in our privacy policy. You can remove saved items yourself, or email us to delete your whole account.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as FishGrade grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email us at support@fishgrade.com.
