YOUNG-OF-THE-YEAR WALLEYE WERE OBSERVED IN THE SEINE IN 1954, AND WALLEYE WERE CAUGHT IN THE TEST NETS IN THE 1979 SURVEY, BUT APPEAR TO BE ABSENT AT PRESENT - POSSIBLY THE RESULTS OF A WINTERKILL.
